Why it matters for the desk: this holding barely trades. It accumulates. Net creations mean inflows, redemptions mean outflows, and the day-to-day drift you see here is mostly price. It's the cleanest single read on institutional demand that exists on-chain.
Watch the direction, not the number. A quarter where this cluster shrinks in coin terms, not dollar terms, is the tell that the ETF bid has paused.
