1. Overview
This explains how the operators of top traders handle data on toptraders0x.com. We are individuals, not a company. There are no user accounts and we hold no funds.
2. What we process
- Analytics & cookies — Google Analytics 4, Yandex Metrica and an X (Twitter) pixel, subject to your consent.
- Contact / forms — if you email us or submit a form on this Site, we receive what you send.
- Private alpha sign-ups — if you ask for access to the private alpha, we hold the email address you give us and the channel it came through. The sign-up form on this Site posts to our own endpoint on Cloudflare, and the address is stored in a database we control on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We then send one confirmation email through Resend, our transactional email provider, which processes the address on our behalf to deliver that message; until you follow the link in it the address is held unconfirmed and receives nothing further. Addresses also reach us by direct email, by message on Telegram or X, or through Substack when you subscribe there; where a third party hosts the list, that provider processes the address under its own terms.
- Server logs — standard technical data (e.g. IP, user agent) for security and delivery via our hosting/CDN (Cloudflare).
3. Purposes & legal bases
Measuring and improving the Site (consent for analytics; legitimate interests for security); answering enquiries (legitimate interests); giving access to the private alpha and telling you about changes to it, and sending desk research to the same address (consent, which you may withdraw at any time). We do not sell personal data.
4. Cookies & consent
A consent banner (Consent Mode v2) lets you accept or decline analytics cookies; the Site works either way.
5. Sharing
With analytics providers and our hosting/CDN per their terms, with the email and newsletter providers we use to send access notices and desk research (Resend for confirmation and access mail, Zoho Mail for correspondence, Substack for the newsletter), and with authorities where legally required.
6. Retention & rights
We keep data only as long as needed. A private-alpha address is kept until you ask us to remove it — there is no fixed expiry — and one message to legal@toptraders0x.com, or the unsubscribe link on any mailing, ends both the access notices and the research mailing. Subject to your jurisdiction (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA) you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object, or withdraw consent.
7. Transfers & children
Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards. Not intended for anyone under 18.

9. TradingView charts
Click a ticker on this Site and the chart panel that opens loads content straight from TradingView's own servers, under TradingView's Charting Library license. That connection runs between you and TradingView, on TradingView's terms: TradingView's privacy policy is a separate document and is not affiliated with this one.
